The 30 in 30 is over!  Using this week to clean my house, work on taxes and develop some ideas for larger canvases.  My third oil class is today..still a lot to learn in the processes.  I may be wrong but thinking you should have several canvases working at a time in oils due to the longer drying times.  Live and learn!

Three more days to go on the 30 in 30.  I've never worked EVER in oils so I'm taking a class...new avenue, new adventure!  So hopefully I'll start posting some oil paintings in the near future.  In the meantime here are the last 3 days in acrylic.

January update

Sorry, it's been a while....I've been busy with holidays and settled in now completing the 30 Paintings in 30 day Challenge...Up to day 21!!!  I'll post my new additions shortly.  I want to thank everyone for their kind words and support.  You'll never know how much I appreciate it.  So here goes!!!

I'm binge painting today!!  Two so far...onward and upward!!!!

Cooler weather is setting in here in Louisville.  I'm so glad I have my art to keep me fired up.  I wonder what other people do all day!  Here's one I finished yesterday of a sunflower...aptly named "Sunflower"
